The children's arterial injection model is mainly used by medical students, nurses and first aid trainers to master the skills of pediatric arterial puncture and injection, and reduce the risks of clinical operations. The first step of the operation is to confirm the puncture position. For children, the radial artery or the dorsal artery of the foot is often selected. During the simulation, the puncture point should be determined according to the model markers. Secondly, perform hand hygiene and wear gloves. Subsequently, the injection operation is carried out. According to the training requirements, the injection of liquid medicine or the extraction of blood samples can be simulated. Pay attention to controlling the injection speed and volume to ensure a smooth operation. After completion, slowly pull out the needle while pressing it with a cotton ball to prevent the simulated blood from flowing back or "bleeding". Finally, clean the model, drain the liquid in the arterial pipeline, and do a good job of disinfection and storage for the next training.

Throughout the entire operation process, the trainer should focus on the standardization of techniques, the mastery of angles and forces, the observation of simulated blood reflux, and the awareness of aseptic operation. Through repeated practice, trainees can master the skills of children's arterial injection proficiently, laying a foundation for safe clinical operation.
